*Pasta music is music created from mathematical equations that describe the shape of the pasta. Equations that contain both sinuses and cosines which are mathematical signs for frequencies. These equations describe the way the frequency “travel” on the external shape of the pasta, and therefore create a certain sound, a vibration. In this work the pasta frequencies were transformed (using the “Fourier transform” in a computer software) into a sound.The sound was processed into a beat, and was played through a sound box, made from a female buttocks plaster cast.
